The ASC CAPS contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract to support the acquisition of Air Force aircraft systems, to include airframe, engines, avionics, components, weapon systems integration, and support equipment. This support includes acquisition logistics, financial management, cost estimating, schedule analysis, earned value management, contracting support, engineering, manufacturing, configuration/data management, administrative support, security management, acquisition management, test and evaluation, Government-furnished property (GFP) management, and litigation support.

ALMBOS provides the necessary services to support all mission areas of USSOCOM and its components as specified and ordered under individual task orders in the areas of system acquisition and development, project support for all phases of the acquisition cycle including, but not limited to: program monitoring; documentation generation; review and analysis; technical management support; and requirements documentation services. Also provides intellectual capital to assist normal day-to-day business operations.
