    Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) Consolidated Acquisition of Professional Services (CAPS)

     
    ASC CAPS

    The ASC CAPS contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract to support the acquisition of Air Force aircraft systems, to include airframe, engines, avionics, components, weapon systems integration, and support equipment. This support includes acquisition logistics, financial management, cost estimating, schedule analysis, earned value management, contracting support, engineering, manufacturing, configuration/data management, administrative support, security management, acquisition management, test and evaluation, Government-furnished property (GFP) management, and litigation support. Dayton Aerospace is a Team Member on the following CAPS Teams: BTAS, Inc., THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc.,LOGTEC, MCR, PESystems, Inc., and Sumaria.

    Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) Design & Engineering Support Program (DESP II)

     

    The Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) Design and Engineering Support Program (DESP II) is a five-year multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle available for usage within AFMC, the Air Force, DoD, and other government agencies. The purpose of DESP II is to support the AFMC goal of reducing ownership costs while maintaining or improving the performance of Air Force systems. DESP II accomplishes this purpose through the completion of individual Delivery Order (DO) efforts. These efforts resolve reliability and maintainability (R&M) issues by providing requisite services for design and engineering support, integration, modification, maintenance, repair, and support operations to insert existing and emerging technologies.

    The University of Dayton Research Institute (UDRI) was selected as the only University Prime Contractor for the DESP II. The UDRI DESP II Team has the technology/experience base to successfully prime the DESP II and to ensure that technical and management support is available. Dayton Aerospace is proud to be a member of the UDRI DESP II Team.

    US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response Program (CR2)

     

    The US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response (CR2) Program is a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract administered by CECOM at Fort Monmouth, NJ. The CR2 Program provides the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies with a flexible, rapid response contracting vehicle for specific engineering, training, studies and analysis, technology insertion, systems integration, installation, logistics capabilities, and other srvices. The contract scope of work includes programs that support aircraft, tracked and wheeled vehicles, ground support equipment, shelters and the warfighter.

    Dayton Aerospace was recently awarded a CR2 subcontract by EG&G Technical Services, Inc. under the Lear Siegler (LSI) Team. As a subcontractor, Dayton Aerospace can provide a broad array of engineering, logistics and program management support services.

    US Transportation Command (TRANSCOM) Strategic Planning and Systems Integration Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS IDIQ)

     

    The USTRANSCOM A&AS contract serves as a vehicle to provide broad technical and analytical tools, to support and improve policy development, management and administration, and to improve the operation of systems. Specific tasks include providing solutions for operations and planning within USTRANSCOM in the following areas: functional support, training support, continuous process improvement, change management, exercise support and knowledge management construct and collaboration.

    Electronic Systems Center (ESC) Professional Acquisition and Support Services (PASS)

     
    ESC PASS

    PASS provides non-personal advisory and assistance services (A&AS) to provide a broad range of non-engineering acquisition support to ESC for development, acquisition, integration, test, deployment, and sustainment of Air Force Command, Control, Communications, Computers (C4), Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) (C4ISR) Enterprise and Information Systems in support of Research and Development (R&D) and production activities.

    Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e)

     


    Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is an extension of NAVSEA's Warfare Centers SeaPort procurement vehicle used for support services for all phases of naval ship and shipboard weapon systems including Research & Development Support, Prototyping, Acquisition Logistics, Modeling, Test & Evaluation Trials and Engineering Support for Naval Sea Systems Command headquarters, field activities, and affiliated Program Executive Offices. SeaPort-e is an electronic, web-based portal where requests for services are managed from "cradle to grave" using a "paper-less" system promoting time efficiency and a reduction in administrative costs. The Seaport-e contracts have a five-year base period with two additional five-year award terms. Dayton Aerospace is proud to be a member of the Northrop Grumman SeaPort-e Team.
