We literally wrote the book on IMP/IMS for DoD, having authored the revision of
AFMCPAM 63-5, Integrated Master Plans & Schedules, and serving as the principle
contributor to the
OSD IMP/IMS Guide

The Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) is a fundamental element of planning and managing a successful program – from program acquisition to profitable execution. It provides the leverage you need in today’s competition for limited budgets. This single integrated schedule represents major program events, significant accomplishments leading to those events, the criteria for completing the accomplishments, and the detailed tasks required to complete the criteria. Our decades of experience in defense acquisition and development/use of integrated schedules make us leaders in this area for both government and contractor applications.

Prior to contract award, we can help your industry team develop your IMS for a winning proposal. After you win, we work with your team to develop the baseline program execution schedule. As a leader in IMS planning, development, maintenance and associated disciplined process, Dayton Aerospace helps you get over the hurdle of getting started faster – and with fewer false starts.

Dayton Aerospace can also develop the IMS requirements for your government RFP, understanding how to focus on the right activities, for the most effective decisions, leading to the highest-payoff results. As part of your source selection team, we are uniquely qualified to evaluate contractor IMSs. And following contract award, we can facilitate the use of the IMS for effective program management and communication for your government/contractor team.
