While on active duty, our consultants helped create the past performance assessment and analysis processes that are in use today throughout the government.
We have worked extensively with industry teams to fashion effective Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) responses and build comprehensive past performance volumes that not only explain the team’s performance track record in a manner that is easily used by government evaluators, but also present the past contract’s accomplishments and challenges in a manner that optimizes evaluator’s confidence in the team’s ability to successfully perform the new contract. We assist clients develop responses to two to four CPAR responses each year and have led or been a part of numerous Past Performance Volumes.
We also have extensive, hands-on experience supporting all aspects of government past performance activity, including building this portion of the RFP to actually writing CPARs to evaluating past performance as part of the government source selection team.
