34 years of acquisition experience as an electronics/computer resources/systems engineer working out of the ENA and ENS functional home offices at Aeronautical Systems Center for the US Air Force. Wrote system specifications, statements of work, test plans, chaired design reviews, and conducted system acceptance tests. Actively involved in system life cycle from establishment of the requirements through system deployment. Primary experience in computer software and hardware engineering, systems integration, systems engineering and reconnaissance systems.
