Developed successful industry, government and academia partnerships. Business and program development experience with DOD, NASA, aerospace companies and universities: business and market development; experimental aircraft development; satellite and space subsystem development, test and manufacturing; aerospace test facility design, development fabrication and operation; command-control-communication-navigation research, development and testing; and propulsion testing.
