  • Provided strategic-level engagement and leadership development coaching, mentoring, and guiding program managers while partnering with executive leadership to translate strategy into disciplined, compliant, and mission-focused execution across Department of Defense (DoD) programs.

  • Operating principle for 4,000 personnel in seven functional areas. Led interface between hub at Wright Patterson AFB (WPAFB), OH and Robins AFB, GA operating locations--collaborated across seven program executives and 17 organizational directors in support of program requirements, logistics, and contracts execution.

  • Directed a multifunctional group across Secretary of the Air Force (SAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Air Combat Command (ACC), Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), and the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (78 ABW/JA) to advance virtual reality (VR) prototype efforts, shaping strategic guidance for a $100M VR training capability across 11 airframes. 

  • Drove a civilian hiring plan that reduced vacancies by 37% and led the PM functional and acquisition center of excellence, aligning digital requirements across Robins AFB. 

  • Directed Robins AFB infrastructure optimization plan across all organizations. Synergized Air Force Life Cycle Management (AFLCMC), Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFMISC), and Program Executive Officers to build executable infrastructure plan. Successfully instituted AFLCMC/CC priority saving 137,000 sq feet and $55M cost avoidance to increase infrastructure capacity for new installation missions. Reduced program risk by coalescing organizations into specific footprints which broke down program office separation and barriers 

  • Oversaw management of AFLCMC program management personnel as a senior‑level supervisor, directing more than 450 PMs to streamline competencies and deliver mission capabilities across multiple Robins organizations. Advised senior leaders across SAF/AQ, AFMC, and Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC), shaping PM strategies that advanced execution goals and metrics.

  • Led review of the Robins' PM competency model for more than 2,000 personnel, identifying critical training gaps and earning senior‑level recognition. Established the Robins' PM workforce branch to synchronize acquisition development across 17 divisions and aligned efforts with Center Senior Functional (CSF)/Site Senior Functional (SSF) initiatives.
