He is a recognized subject matter expert (SME) in MIL-HDBK-516, Military Airworthiness Certification, and experienced instructor for United States Air Force (USAF) airworthiness programs. He has a strong background in regulatory compliance, configuration management, contract oversight, and global aircraft operations.
Significant Career Accomplishments
Instrumental in authoring Airworthiness Bulletin (AWB) 340, Airworthiness Process Overview and Terminology, including assessment checklist AC-1802. Awarded SME endorsement for MIL-HDBK-516 Section 16.1.
Capabilities Integration Team Lead for the Business Process Reengineering team to provide standardization, project management, and implementation across logistics utilizing the Service Development And Delivery process.
Hand-picked as sole logistics management specialist for Presidential Aircraft Recapitilization (PAR). Served as logistics specialist in support of the Requirements Affordability and Sustainment Trade Analysis (RASTA) report directed by Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (AT&L). Authored PAR operations and support section of RASTA report.
Selected to serve on source selection team for Light Mobility Aircraft (LIMA). Responsible for coordination of all training requirements for OSA/VIPSAM fleet. Personally selected to review Argentine president’s 757-200 VIP aircraft’s maintenance program for compliance and support in support of foreign military sales.
Hand-selected to perform acceptance inspection of C32-A and C-40 aircraft following VIP paint at vendor. Received commanders coin from 656th Airlift Squadron for excellence.
