She has extensive experience in developing and managing military force policy through developing policy for a Total Force organization by analyzing data and creating briefings and reports.
Significant Career Accomplishments
Led a 21-person division to develop strategic policy implementing human resource objectives for Total Force (Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard).
Oversaw a $1.8 billion-dollar monetary retention program to include aviation, enlisted retention, and assignment bonuses, in addition to special duty pays and incentives.
Key advisor to the Secretary of the Air Force (SecAF) working group on rapidly developing situations for military and civilian force management.
Oversaw airmen deployment readiness for active duty, reserves, and National Guard teammates to support a wide range of global reach capabilities from humanitarian relief to contingency operations.
Responsible for joint manning for over 1,500 active-duty assignments in headquarter staff, four sub-unified commands, and three direct-reporting commands across the largest area of operations in the joint world.
Strategic advisor to the Assistant SecAF on all military-related developmental and management policies and programs across the Department of Defense (DOD).
