Significant Career Accomplishments
Supported the USAF’s digital transformation journey by engaging with key user side representatives and coordinating with the Capability Software Office (CSO).
Served as the senior technical authority for the KC 46A program; exercised delegated military airworthiness authority for the Boeing 767 2C–based platform and spearheaded efforts to resolve Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) non compliances, ultimately recovering approximately five months of production schedule.
Advised USAF and partner nations on certification, sustainment, and execution of international aviation programs, including C-145, C-208, and various King Air variants.
Directed the development of an enterprise wide digital engineering strategy for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Mobility Directorate (AFLCMC/WL), securing $4.8M in funding to advance model-based systems engineering (MBSE), USAF Product Lifecycle Management (AF-PLM), and Digital Thread capabilities.
Led the development, integration, and certification of the next generation trainer aircraft’s avionics systems. Mitigated critical program risks—including software delays and electromagnetic interference (EMI) issues—while keeping the program on cost and schedule targets.
Spearheaded the sustainment and modernization of avionics systems for the global C 17 airlift fleet, including beyond line of sight (BLOS) communications, cybersecurity initiatives, and obsolescence mitigation efforts.
