  • Led seven project teams tasked to transform 828-person organization from contracting-centric to an acquisition-focused organization that achieves better mission outcomes.

  • Established an Acquisition Innovation branch and Business Intelligence Competency cell to energize innovation and accelerate adoption of technology and industry best practices. Fielded innovative tools, templates, training, and processes to improve business analytics.

  • Rapidly energized a multi-functional team that stood up new agency reporting to the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SAF/AQ AT&L). Completed multiple time sensitive actions critical to initial operating capability.

  • Directed enterprise-wide installation strategic sourcing for 74 USAF bases supporting the Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC), Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), the Air Force Medical Operating Agency (now Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA)), and seven USAF commodity councils.
