Effectively awarded PROS contract; successfully defended contract award protest; provided buying solutions that utilize technologies such as 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and additive manufacturing. Program manager for Security Cooperation Enterprise Solution tri-service IT program; established Integration program office.
Provided logistics management related to the development, acquisition, and sustainment of a classified ACAT I program. Competitively selected for a promotion to GS-0346-15 shortly after assignment.
Provided oversight and career development planning for over 4000 logisticians across 75 locations. Established and managed workforce hiring, recruiting, training and intern programs, policies, and procedures. Created APDP tracking, workforce development, and progress plan. Responsible for civilian performance management, civilian employment plans, unit-manning document planning; initiated the annual logistics awards program.
