Significant Career Accomplishments

  • Served as deputy to three different three-star commanders. Provided strategic leadership, vision, and oversight of daily operations for 26,000-person organization spread over 70+ locations with $205B active budget.

  • Held responsibility for $2.2B in aircraft modifications for 60 B-1 and 76 B-52 bombers. Oversaw complex $1B B-1 and $700M B-52 modifications completely upgrading internal cockpits and communication systems for both bombers. Crafted an aggressive acquisition strategy to maintain B-52 technical baseline, corrected system performance issues, recovered test schedule, met mandated congressional commitments, and saved $60M of USAF funds, despite potentially terminal funding cuts.

  • Served as senior program manager responsible for $25B new aircraft foreign military sales (FMS) activities for F-16 fleet. 

  • Acted as key US and USAF representative to 17 allied ministries of defense including financial, production delivery, and complex in-country support and training requirements. Delivered 19 new aircraft and 45 modified aircraft to partners in Middle East and Africa.
