At Dayton Aerospace, we're committed to empowering the next generation of aerospace professionals. For this reason, we are thrilled to announce the recent opening of our new training facility, named in honor of Katharine Wright, a pivotal figure in the Wright brothers' success and a champion of their groundbreaking work. Katharine's intelligence, support, and business acumen were instrumental in the Wright brothers' achievements, and we are proud to dedicate this space to her legacy of innovation and excellence.
Our new facility provides a state-of-the-art environment for hands-on learning and professional development. Our first course in the facility provided valuable training for Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) personnel.

During this inaugural session, Dayton Aerospace hosted multiple government teams and provided comprehensive training on the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). Dayton Aerospace tailored this training for specific customer needs. Through this training, the government team learned about the critical role of CPARs and how it contributes to ensuring quality and value in government contracts. As part of the training, personnel gained an understanding of how to use CPARs for evaluating past performance in a source selection and how to determine the terms and procedures for conducting performance assessments. Participants also learned how to properly monitor, evaluate, and document contractor past performance.

The Katharine Wright training room provides seating for up to 26 personnel and the furniture can be arranged to fit your needs. In addition, the facility provides seamless IT capabilities to connect laptops, support participation through Microsoft Teams and other collaboration software, and provide recordings of the sessions.
The Dayton Aerospace team welcomes the opportunity to support your government, industry, or combined program team as we continue to invest in today’s aerospace professionals.
